SHIPPING POLICY
Welcome to the Distribution Ward. We do our best to ensure your order escapes Sunville in a timely fashion. Most shipments are dispatched within 5–7 business days, unless Terry gets into the label printer again.

Packaging: Items are secured with care and mild existential dread.

Carriers: We use standard postal services. No pigeons. Yet.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number once your order is wheeled out the gates.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Changed your mind? So did Glen. Daily.
If you're unsatisfied with your item, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. The item must be unused, in original condition, and free of chalk drawings or cryptic notes.

Return Portal: Contact us via email to initiate.

Exchanges: We'll happily swap sizes or products, assuming we have them in stock and your request isn’t scrawled in crayon.

Refunds: Processed once returned items are inspected. Refunds go back to your original method of payment, not to your favorite imaginary friend.
Please note: Custom items, limited releases, or anything labeled “Experimental” may not be eligible for return. It’s not us—it’s protocol.
